Stephanie began her postal career in 1994 as a city letter carrier. She has also held the A/Supervisor Customer service until she entered the ASP program, from which she graduated as an Associate Supervisor in Trenton. Shortly thereafter, she was promoted to the Redford Branch, where she worked as a Supervisor in Mail Processing, Finance, and Delivery.
During her career, has held titled positions as manager in level 20 - 22 Post offices in 482, CSOM 2 and is currently Post Office Operations Manager 2 and detailed as Postmaster of Detroit February 20, 2016. She has also detailed as the Manager of Operation Program Support in 2020. In addition, she served as a member of the USPS/NALC Joint Safety Committee and currently on the Key Resource Board for the Detroit District, has served on many review board fro Level 17 - 24 positions. Stephanie has her Associates Degree in Business Administration for University of Phoenix. She graduated from the Management Leadership Program Class 21 in March 2014 and achieved Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Status in 2015 and has also completed the Advance Leadership Program (ALP)

Patricia began her postal career in 1993 as PTF City Carrier at Brightmoor Station. Paul Brotz is the Industry Vice Co-Chair for the Detroit Postal Customer Council. Mr. Brotz has been collaborating with the United States Postal Services for the past 35, which includes over 25 years of membership with the Detroit Area Postal Customer Councils.
With well over 30 years of experience in the mailing and shipping industry, Mr. Brotz is well versed in helping customers and members alike with all of their different mailing requirements. He has been involved with both start-up and existing mailing organizations in helping them grow their business by using the United States Postal Service. Currently he is the COO of Delivery Point Mail Services a Mail Service Provider and workshare partner for parcels and letters.
He is active in many local civic activities which has included coaching girls’ basketball at Salem High School. He is a graduate of Cleary University.

Jake Busacker is currently the Industry Co-Chair for the Detroit Postal Customer Council. Jake has been working for Pitney Bowes Presort Services (PBPS), the largest USPS workshare partner, since 2010 which coincides with his introduction to mailing industry.
Over this time, he has held numerous roles and worked in 5 different PBPS sites across the country. This diversity of experience and thought has been valuable in helping mailers innovate their products and processes. Jake is currently the General Manager of the PBPS Detroit site, where his team sorts and distributes millions of mail pieces each day for their clients.

Daria has 30 years of industry experience. Her knowledge extends to all stages of the mail piece cycle and many industry-related facets. From mail technology, design, print, USPS collaboration, and sales to managing operations.
Daria is currently in the role of Regional Sales Manager at Royal Alliances. Her industry knowledge helps customers achieve their goals and business aspirations by using postal products, technology, and additional solutions. She says “I like to provide customers with solutions that help them grow their book of business”
In her previous roles, she was responsible for one of the earliest adopters of Full-Service Acceptance and worked closely in partnership with the United States Post Office. Successfully managed operations and maintained an ISO-based quality system.
Daria has a passion for community involvement, she serves on Athena Power Link Board, is a devoted Rotarian, and has been serving for the last seven years as Ambassador to the Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce. One of her proudest moments was facilitating a fifty-thousand-dollar donation to a Lansing-based non-profit.
Daria resides in Lansing with her two sons and their German Shepherd “Neymar”.

Donald D. Dombrow Jr. was named Postmaster, Detroit, MI, Retail and Delivery Operations, Detroit District.
In this role, Dombrow is responsible for overseeing operations for customer service and retail operations for thirty stations/branches, 796 Delivery Routes serving 366 thousand customers. The City of Detroit covers the (482) area within the Detroit District. He is responsible for the safety and health of a team of more than 1,200 employees. The Detroit Post Office generated over $287 Million in revenue in 2020 with a total operating budget of $4.7 Million.
Prior to this role, Dombrow served as Manager, Delivery Programs Support for the Great Lakes Area, overseeing operational programs and strategies for 13 Districts. He has held positions as Manager, Operations Programs Support, Manager, Post Office Operations, Postmaster in levels 20-24, and held acting roles as Manager, HR, Manager, Marketing, and District LSS Coordinator, all in the Detroit District.
Previously Dombrow was responsible for managing the implementation of new and modified operations programs and procedures to ensure consistent application of national policies throughout the Detroit District. Focusing on engagement and Lean initiatives he recognized areas for improvement and recommended changes to improve operational efficiency and service.
Dombrow is a Veteran of the United States Air Force. While in the Air Force Dombrow attended the City College of the Air Force and while serving in Europe served as Secretary and Vice President of Toastmasters International at the Hahn AB in Germany. He is a graduate of Executive Foundations, the Advanced Leadership Program, and is Green Belt Certified

Dan Lesperance joined the Postal Service in Belleville, Michigan in 1993 as a mail processing clerk and then as a retail window clerk. He was promoted to the Business Development Team as a Small Business Specialist and eBay Days Instructor where he learned Mailing Requirements, Customer Relations, and Selling Skills. Later he was promoted to the USPS Headquarters Field Sales Team, where he worked as a Business Solutions Specialist and Sr. Specialist. He next took a position as Customer Relations Coordinator for the City of Detroit, which handles a variety of customer service activities for both internal and external customers. Currently, Dan is the Retail & Delivery Project Mgr for the Michigan 1 District. Dan brings with him a wide variety of knowledge and experience and will be an asset to our customers in the Metro-Detroit area.

During my 20 year tenure, I've held many positions and have had the pleasure of working in various departments. Including, but not limited to; Human Resources, Labor Relations, Local Services, Finance, Operations Programs Support, In-Plant Support, Equal Employment Opportunity, and the Customer Care Center. Richard T. Moreton has been named as District Manager to the newly realigned Michigan 1 District, Central Area. Rick is the former
Acting District Manager, Detroit District and District Manager, Lakeland District, Great Lakes Area.
Prior to being District Manager, Rick served as the Senior Plant Manager in the Greater Michigan District.
Rick began his postal career in 1985 as a Distribution Clerk in St. Clair Shores, Michigan. He has also served as Supervisor; Postmaster;
Manager, Post Office Operations; and Manager, Operations Programs Support, for Southeast Michigan District, Detroit District and the Greater Michigan District.

Ron began his postal career in 1997 as a part time clerk at the Pontiac MI Post Office. Prior to his current position as Officer in Charge for the Detroit MI Post Office, he held leadership positions of increasing responsibility in the Michigan 1 District, including Supervisor, Customer Services; Manager, Customer Services; Postmaster; PCES Plant Manager; and Senior Plant Manager.

Bob has been a part of the Detroit mail industry scene for 36 years. He is currently the Operations Manager of Pitney Bowe in Romulus. He started as an office employee in 1985 for a local mailing company and has worked his way through the administrative and production end of the industry giving him the well rounded experience needed to manage in today’s environment. His roots are in Southwest Detroit where he stayed until he left to attend Western Michigan University. He currently resides in Brownstown Twp. with his girlfriend Toni Adler and their 2 Yorkies, Max and Sasha. In his spare time he enjoys a relaxing day on the golf course with his friends.

I joined the United States Postal Service in 2007, as a City Letter Carrier at the River Rouge Post Office. In 2011, I became an Acting Delivery Supervisor at River Rouge, under the mentorship of Manager Michelle Lewis. I am now Acting Customer Relations Coordinator for Area II in the city of Detroit, overseeing customer service and revenue-related concerns for the Post Offices on the west side of the city. I have held this position since July 2012, reporting directly to Postmaster Lloyd Wesley, Jr. I am also a USPS Board member of the Detroit Postal Customer Council (PCC), with active involvement in the planning of and participation in the PCC's varied events throughout the year. I have been happily married since June 2012 to Jerrod A. Rabb. In March 2014, we welcomed a daughter, Michaela, who joined my stepsons Jerrod, Jr. and Kendall to make us a family of five.
