Stephanie began her postal career in 1994 as a city letter carrier. She has also held the A/Supervisor Customer service until she entered the ASP program, from which she graduated as an Associate Supervisor in Trenton. Shortly thereafter, she was promoted to the Redford Branch, where she worked as a Supervisor in Mail Processing, Finance, and Delivery.
During her career, has held titled positions as manager in level 20 - 22 Post offices in 482, CSOM 2 and is currently Post Office Operations Manager 2 and detailed as Postmaster of Detroit February 20, 2016. She has also detailed as the Manager of Operation Program Support in 2020. In addition, she served as a member of the USPS/NALC Joint Safety Committee and currently on the Key Resource Board for the Detroit District, has served on many review board fro Level 17 - 24 positions. Stephanie has her Associates Degree in Business Administration for University of Phoenix. She graduated from the Management Leadership Program Class 21 in March 2014 and achieved Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Status in 2015 and has also completed the Advance Leadership Program (ALP)
