LaDonna Smith is a Customer Relations Coordinator for the Michigan 1 District. She has served in various managerial roles in Customer Service, Retail & Delivery before joining the Customer Relations team in 2019. She has a degree in Business Management from Davenport University and is Lean Six Sigma Yellow-Belt Certified. LaDonna takes pride in improving the customer experience. Her goal is to raise awareness of the value of the Postal Customer Council in the business community. She works diligently to provide solutions for both business and residential customers. In her spare time, she supports and mentors Gen Z and spends time with her family and friends.
