The National Postal Customer Council (NPCC) Day was held on August 28, 2025, bringing together postal leaders, industry partners, and business mailers to strengthen collaboration and share insights on the future of mail. The event featured keynote presentations, educational sessions, and networking opportunities focused on innovation, customer engagement, and operational excellence.  Attendees gained valuable updates from USPS leadership and learned best practices for enhancing mail performanceand customer experience.
